Delivery
We use DPD, Parcelforce or Royal Mail for free next day tracked delivery service, tracking details will be emailed to buyer once order has been dispatched. Please contact us within 48 hours via `contact us` form if you have received damaged or wrong item, requests submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted.

Faulty items
If your item is faulty, we’re happy to offer you an exchange or a refund within 30 days of purchase or delivery, we will arrange a collection or provide you with free of charge return drop off label.
If more than 30 days have passed since purchase or delivery, we may be able to repair your faulty item, provided it is still within its guarantee period (normally 12 months from purchase), some manufacturers like to be contacted directly to deal with the faulty returns.
Please bear in mind, we don’t offer exchanges, refunds, or repairs if your item is faulty due to accidental damage, neglect, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
Once faulty item cannot be repaired or replaced, we will issue a full refund.
Change your mind return
If you purchase item on our website, you can return your item within 30 days providing is in the same condition as sold, therefore sealed/unopened and unused, we will then issue a full refund, if item is used and opened we will issue a partial refund.
Wrong item
If you have received wrong item by mistake, please contact us so that we can arrange return of the order at our cost and we will organize a correct replacement to be send out to you as soon as possible.
Refunds
Once is confirmed that buyer is entitled for a refund, it will take 3 working days to process back to original payment method.
